*If an image is being requested, please email the actual image to shakstylesllc@gmail.com, preferably, in jpg, png, or svg format. We will contact you accordingly to process your request.

All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of any order, no exceptions. The requested image or wording must be forwarded via email, preferably, in png, svg or jpg format. If there are any discrepancies with the provided image(s), it will be brought to the attention of the customer. A proof of the requested design will be forwarded which will require confirmation via email prior to the start of the final product. If any changes are necessary, changes must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the proof/mockup and prior to providing confirmation and prior to the start of the final product. Once confirmation has been given and full payment has been made, production of the order will begin and no further changes will be made.
